Yes! We offer a 30-day warranty on ripped sleeves. If your sleeves tear within 30 days of purchase, we’ll replace them at no cost.
Absolutely. We offer no-cost exchanges for size or color adjustments within 30 days of your purchase. Just email us at support@vettexsports.com and we’ll walk you through the process.
For any returns, customers are responsible for shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Our return and refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately can’t offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm we’ve received it and notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved, your refund will be processed and applied automatically to your original payment method within a few business days.
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company — posting may take some time.
- Contact your bank — there’s often processing time before refunds are visible.
If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, email us at support@vettexsport.com.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same product in a different color or size, email support@vettexsports.com and we’ll provide the exchange instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from it.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75, as we can’t guarantee receipt of returned items.
