Once an order is shipped:

  • Risk of loss transfers to the customer

  • Any lost or stolen packages must be handled with the carrier

5. Returns, Exchanges & Warranty

We strive for complete customer satisfaction.

Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Exchanges

  • No-cost exchanges are available for size or product defects.

  • Exchanges must follow the same 30-day policy.

Warranty

All Vettex Sports products come with a 30-day warranty against manufacturing defects.
Damage caused by misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear is not covered.
